for the age of the building it has great modern facilities. the heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym were a nice surprise. loved that the room was clean and comfy. the ballroom is gorgeous and the restaurant food was decent too. overall, just a nice big space to enjoy.

The room was quite shabby with peeling wallpaper and a bit dusty. I expected it to be outdated, but it was more than that. The bed was bumpy and springy, not the most comfortable. The bathroom could definitely use a deep clean, too. On the plus side, it was a decent size and the essentials were there. Just felt like it needed some serious TLC!

However, the overall experience was marred by an array of issues, including room cleanliness that left much to be desired and an inconvenient cash-only policy for dining, with a malfunctioning ATM forcing a long trek to find cash. While the location offers easy access to transport, the atmosphere felt chaotic and troubling at times, especially with unsettling incidents among guests.

Perfect getaway with stunning views

We had an awesome time! The double room had a great sea view and the tram stop was just across the street, which made it super easy to get around Blackpool. Breakfast was a win too, lots to choose from. Only bummer was that the bathroom could’ve used a better clean. But for the views and location, totally worth it!

We had an amazing time, especially enjoying the fabulous swimming pool and the spacious family room with a sea view. The dining options impressed me too, nothing like a good meal to end the day!

The hotel had a lovely pool and my granddaughter made friends in the cinema room which was a highlight , also we walked to a fantastic restaurant nearby just a couple of tram stops away we ate there two days in a row
